I just celebrated my 65th birthday, and with that milestone, I’ve made the decision to retire from my career as a franchise advisor.
Since beginning this journey in 2005, I’ve had the privilege of doing work that never truly felt like “work.” I still remember the moment I first discovered franchising—I was exploring business ownership for myself when I attended a small presentation by a franchise consultant. Something clicked instantly. Having already owned one business and hearing how franchises support entrepreneurs, I knew that helping others step into business ownership was exactly what I was meant to do.
Over the years, I’ve had the honor of guiding so many incredible individuals as they pursued greater freedom, flexibility, and purpose through entrepreneurship. That has been the most rewarding part of this journey—walking alongside you as you made life-changing decisions for yourself and your families.
While this decision is bittersweet, I know it’s the right time and the right next chapter for me.
The good news is that you will continue to be in very capable hands.

As I close this chapter, I want to express my deepest appreciation. To the many franchise candidates who trusted me with such an important decision…to the fellow consultants, funding partners, attorneys, and franchise leaders I’ve had the pleasure of working alongside…thank you. You’ve made this journey incredibly meaningful.
Now, I’m looking forward to this next season of life with my husband, Ashley, embracing new adventures and a slower pace.
