This is when you VALIDATE or confirm all that you have learned about the business from the franchisor WITH FRANCHISEES.

Who better to learn about the franchise than from franchisees who have already invested their hard-earned money?

I recommend you focus on 3 areas during validation:

  1. Training and support provided by the franchisor

  2. What a day in the life of a franchisee is like and

  3. The financial aspects of the business
