Today I had my hair done. Got a color and a cut. I show up religiously every 6 weeks for them as do millions of other customers.
As a business investor, what part of this beauty business is unattractive to you?
- Repeat, loyal customers
- Cash business with no receivables
- No inventory (except for shampoo)
- Recession resistant
- Technology won’t obsolete it
- Can’t be bought over Amazon
- China can’t produce it cheaper
- Executive business model
- Skilled workers
- Immune to politics and interest rates
Nothing, right?
Most people, especially men, turn up their noses whenever I recommend a beauty franchise to explore. They imagine themselves as working “in” the business as opposed to “on” the business.
Do yourself a favor and change your mindset when it comes to strong business models that populate the beauty space from lash extensions (I have those too), to nail salons (had a French manicure earlier this week), to hair studios.
If you long for an executive model franchise that uses your leadership and business skills, a beauty franchise may well be the right fit for you. To find out, you are welcome to reply to this email and let me know you’d like to have a chat about this. I’ll describe the process I’ll guide you through to see if a beauty franchise, or any franchise, is what you are actually looking for.
May you be wildly wealthy in all areas of your life,
