The stars aligned for Steve to leave his good-paying government contractor job. What he once enjoyed was now making him miserable due to local changes. His unhappiness was underscored by the distance his job was from the beach which he loves. When someone close to him passed away, the importance of being near family rose to the top of his priorities. Steve knew it was time to be in control of his destiny, and he became a business owner.
Matching to his project management skills, his wallet and desired lifestyle, service-based franchises with open territory at the beach were explored. Steve was awarded a three pack of territory and the moving truck is scheduled.
